Steps:

1. Mix the soften butter and icing sugar together in slow speed for 3mins.

2. Change the mixing speed to medium speed.

3. Add in the egg gradually. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure all the butter and egg are combine well.

4. Add in vanilla essence and continue mix at medium speed for 1mins.

5. Lastly, add in the all purpose flour and almond flour and mix well. (** Don’t over mixed.)

6. Place the dough on the parchment paper, and layer with another sheet of parchment paper. Flatten the dough with rolling pin. Roll until 3mm thickness.

7. Place the flatten dough in freezer for 10mins.

8. Take out the dough from freezer and tear off the both side of parchment paper.

9. Use the cookies cutter to cut out the cookies and arrange on baking tray.

10. Bake at 170°C for 13-15 mins.

11. Decorate with your favourite design, Done! :)
